These terms set out the rules for using ParkNest as a driver or host. By using the service you agree to them.
The service
ParkNest connects drivers with hosts who list private parking spaces. We provide the platform, booking flow, and payment handling through Stripe. Hosts remain responsible for the accuracy of their listings and access arrangements.
Bookings and payments
A booking is confirmed when payment succeeds. Exact address and access details are released after confirmation. Fees, cancellation rules, and refunds follow the terms shown at checkout and any host policies that apply.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the platform, create misleading listings, attempt to circumvent privacy controls, or use ParkNest for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes are published means you accept the revised terms.
